Yolanda Dunn is an energetic and inspirational Certified Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition Coach from Aurora, IL who has helped 500 people live healthier and more active lifestyles. Her purpose is to encourage, motivate, inspire, and witness others to live their healthiest and most active life. She has taught over 600 classes in a span of seven years and is just getting started. Seeing her clients’ progress fuels her to continue doing what she loves.
When asked why she is passionate about teaching fitness to others, she responds:
“The testimonies are what keeps me going. From being able to bend over to tie his/her shoe, to being able to do a push up, eating healthier, losing weight – all of those milestones are what keeps me and my clients motivated and committed to their journey.”
In her spare time, Yolanda enjoys vacationing with her family, which includes her husband and three children, shopping, reading, watching movies and volunteering in her community. She hosts an annual event, Pound for Pink, which supports Breast Cancer awareness and research. Yolanda is on a mission to become a part of the solution to helping end obesity in African-American women in addition to promoting health, wellness, and fitness across the world.
