Join Us in Making a Difference this Winter!

Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to free vendor participation, we invite businesses and organizations to support our Annual Winter Resource Fair through monetary or in-kind sponsorships. Your support will help us provide essential winter items and valuable community resources to local children and families. 

​

Sponsorship Options Include:

• Monetary Sponsorship: A contribution of $200 to help offset event expenses and support the distribution of essential resources to local families who attend the fair. 

• In-Kind Sponsorship: A donation of new winter essentials, including scarves, hats, and gloves, to support approximately 75 children and families attending the event.

 

For your convenience, in-kind donations can be purchased directly through the Coalition's Amazon Wish List or from a retailer of your choice. If purchasing items independently, our team can coordinate a pickup of your donated items.

Sponsor Recognition & Benefits

As a token of our appreciation, participating sponsors will receive the following recognition and benefits:

• Social Media Recognition: Recognition on the Aurora African American Health Coalition's social media platforms through event promotions and sponsor acknowledgments.

• Event Flyer Placement: Your organization's name or logo featured on event promotional flyers and marketing materials, subject to printing and promotional deadlines.

• Priority Vendor Placement: Preferred placement of your organization's vendor table at the event, based on available space and event layout.

• Event Signage: Recognition on sponsor signage displayed during the Winter Resource Fair.

• Community Visibility: An opportunity to connect directly with local families, community organizations, and fellow partners while demonstrating your commitment to community well-being.

 

Please note: Sponsorship is completely optional and is not required to participate as a vendor. All eligible organizations are welcome to register for a free vendor space.
