Exhibitor Partnership Agreement

17th Annual Health Fair

Saturday, March 23, 2024

9AM-12PM

Prisco Community Center

Aurora, IL

$50 Fee for Non-profit partners/$100 fee for-profit partners

MAKE PAYMENTS TO: Aurora African American Health Coalition or pay online

Partner Agency agrees to provide:

  • Complimentary beauty and/or health services

  • Education/resource materials

  • No personal information can be required of attendees.

 

On the day of the event, exhibitor staff agrees to:

  • Arrive 45 minutes prior to start of event for set up

  • Staff booth at all times

  • Break-down/clean-up at 12PM

*No personal information can be required of attendees.

AAAHF Planning Committee agrees to provide:

  • Booth: I table and 2 chairs

  • Complimentary breakfast

  • Recognition in the program (if applicable)

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Form

Verification/confirmation emails will be sent out to vendors whose application has been approved. 

Please be sure to pass this information and the confirmation letter to the individual who will be attending. SETUP begins at 8AM and all exhibits must be closed by 12PM.

APPLICATION DEADLINE February 15, 2024 

PAYMENT DUE NO LATER THAN March 5, 2024. NO REFUNDS.
