Exhibitor/Vendor Information

Exhibitor Partnership Agreement - Health Fair

$25 Fee for Non-profit partners/$50 fee for-profit partners

MAKE PAYMENTS TO: Aurora African American Health Coalition or pay online

Partner Agency agrees to provide:

  • Education/resource materials

  • No personal information can be required of attendees.

 

On the day of the event, exhibitor staff agrees to:

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to start of event for set up

  • Staff booth at all times

  • Break-down/clean-up at end of event

AAAHF Planning Committee agrees to provide:

  • Booth: I table and 2 chairs

  • Recognition in the program (if applicable)

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Form

Verification/confirmation emails will be sent out to vendors whose application has been approved. 

Please be sure to pass this information and the confirmation letter to the individual who will be attending. SETUP begins at 11:45AM and all exhibits must be closed by 12PM.

APPLICATION DEADLINE October 7, 2023 

PAYMENT DUE NO LATER THAN October 14, 2023. NO REFUNDS.
