Exhibitor Partnership Agreement

2nd Annual Back to School Event

$50 Fee for Non-profit partners/$100 fee for-profit partners

MAKE PAYMENTS TO: Aurora African American Health Coalition or pay online

Partner Agency agrees to provide:

  • Education/resource materials

  • No personal information can be required of attendees.

  • Table and chairs for booth

 

On the day of the event, exhibitor staff agrees to:

  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to start of event for set up

  • Staff booth at all times

  • Break-down/clean-up at 2PM

*No personal information can be required of attendees.

Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Form

Verification/confirmation emails will be sent out to vendors whose application has been approved. 

Please be sure to pass this information and the confirmation letter to the individual who will be attending. SETUP begins at 11AM and all exhibits must be closed by 2PM.

APPLICATION DEADLINE August 10, 2024 

PAYMENT DUE NO LATER THAN August 15, 2024. NO REFUNDS.
