OUR STORY
The Aurora African American Health Coalition was founded to address the urgent health disparities impacting Black residents in our community. We bring together healthcare providers, advocates, and neighbors to promote education, access, and equity in every stage of life. Through outreach, partnerships, and culturally-centered care, we’re building a healthier future—together.
OUR PROGRAMS

MAN ALIVE is a wellness initiative supporting the mental, emotional, and physical health of Black men. We provide safe spaces for open conversations, healing, and community connection.

The BIRTH Project focuses on improving Black maternal and infant health through education, advocacy, and support. We connect families to resources, certified doulas, and culturally responsive care to ensure healthier beginnings.
